If you’re not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we promise a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your original purchase date. All that we ask is for you to return the item in its original packaging with your invoice or receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns past 30 days.
Send an email to hello@monetbeauty.co. Please allow our Monét Associates up to 48 hours to email you back with a return label. The return shipping cost will not be covered by Monét, please save your return tracking number.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your return, once we receive the returned package. Once we have completed your return, you will receive an email confirming your return and refund. Refunds will be applied to original method of payment. It will typically take 2-5 business days for your refund to show on your bank statement.
